Nancy and I just read of Jim's passing in a notice to the Garrett retirees. We can only imagine your loss and are deeply saddened. I worked closely with Jim for several years n the forming and maturing of ITEC and thought of him as not only a delightfully wonderful fellow but a true professional and a super lawyer. He was a trusted confidant , a terrific strategist and an amazingly good humored and funny guy.
