I was sad to hear of Jim's passing. I remember him as a kind and gracious man. When he worked at Ray E Pauley, his calm demeanor, his driving ambition and his salesmanship helped the company thrive. Even after he left and started Comfort, Inc., he always had a smile when I would see him. He was a good man.
