Jamie Lanier Obituary
Jamie Lanier, 48, of Dublin, Ohio, previously of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away on July 31, 2025. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on September 20, 1976. He is preceded in death by his mother Lucy Lanier and father Barry Overholser. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Brigid of Kildare, 7179 Avery Road, Dublin, Ohio 43017. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Schoedinger Dublin, 5980 Perimeter Drive Dublin, Ohio 43017. A graveside service will be held the next day, Saturday, August 9, at 11:00 a.m. at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio, located in section 15 in the southwest portion of the cemetery. My heart breaks for the family and friends of Jamie. I had the privilege of working with Jamie for a short period of time at Morgan Stanley in the Discover building at New Albany. We shared the same interest in sports and Ohio State. He was always upbeat, energetic and had a genuine sense of interest in others. Jamie earned his angel wings and will be watching over all his loved ones from above. His zest for life will be in my heart forever.
