Not sure what to say?

To the entire Fugal Family and Office; As most of you already Dr. Fugal meant the world to us. He took care of our first daughter(as he called Dawnie for 40yrs) stitching her(of course without his glasses), all her childhood sicknesses, even through college. He took care of our son through the years, including his many sports injuries on and off the field. He took care of our two grandchildren with his love and concern. We are thankful the suffering is over; we will miss Doc and love...

My heart goes out to the family of the GREAT Dr. Fugal (Dr.FU FU to me when I was younger)! I have such wonderful memories of him and East Shore Ped.! It was ALWAYS worth the 2 hour waiting time to see him, we would pack a lunch or walk to the store down the street(GOOD TIMES). He started caring for me when I was born in 1982, then I had 2 children in 2000 & 2006 and he cared for them! Even after the age of 18 he would take care of me when I was there for my child, now I am 28 and can't find...

Dear Nancy and Family: Please accept our deepest sympathies to you and yours. You shared Jan with us all these years and we are all better for knowing him. He was a wonderful doctor, employer, friend, confidant and a wonderful tease. We will miss him and thank you for sharing him with all of us. I can't help thinking that somewhere he is rewiring a lamp, fixing a radio, playing the drums/trombone and looking down at us with that knowing smile. From Charly,Tim,Timmy,AJ and Robin-oooch...

Dr. Fugal was on duty the night our son was born. He spent two hours examining him, talking to us, and without making it obvious, reassuring us about his health and our ability to succeed as new parents. We never saw him again. But that one meeting was enough to tell us what kind of man he was, and we will not forget him. Thank you, Dr. Fugal.

Dr. Fugal touch everyone's heart. It's a great loss without his tender care. His patience and care like no others. Glad to meet him family in the wake. They are great people. We'll miss him forever.

I'll always remember sitting on the kicthen floor of the office, while you used a paper clip and Bunsen burner to fix my big toe...thanks for memories - and for being there when my son was born! Love...Erin

I loved Dr. Fugal so much. He was the greatest. When my son was born 19 years ago, he came to the hospital and we talked for three hours. I thought it was 7am and when he left I realized it was 3am. He took care of my two children and even though we live in the valley, 45 minutes away, I never considered getting another doctor. He always knew what was wrong when we were sick and always took care of us and the long wait was always worth it. He can never be replaced and I will miss him for...
