Not sure what to say?

Dear Warner family, It's 2022 and dear Jan has been gone a long time. But a person whose name conts in the hearts and on the lips of others is never completely gone. My best friend's husband has developed dementia. She needs a lawyer. And I, remembering how very kind he and Vickie were to my grandmother, whispered, "Jan Warner." Gone way too soon. My warm and tender regards to his remaining family. He is not forgotten. Debbie Peeples

What do you say about someone who saved your life? Jan was the most dedicated, hard working, honest, man I have ever had the privilege to meet.Till we meet in heaven. I will forever hold you in my heart.

God Bless and Keep you Jan

Martha L. Argoe

When I needed a divorce lawyer, I happened to see Jan's picture next to his elder care column. He looked like someone who could help me find a good lawyer. Little did I know that he would jump right in and take over my case himself. And he was awesome. An unbelievably smart, funny, aggressive yet kind, tireless advocate. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or better person to help me in my time of need. The world has lost a great man.

I was shocked to hear about Jan. I didn't meet him until 2006; however, he helped me through a most difficult time. He always made me laugh and I felt he had my interest as his utmost priority. He will be truely missed. I send my condolences to the family.

"I send to Vicky and your family all my condolence. A special dedication goes to Jan who always did the best of himself to protect his family, I am pretty sure that God will take very good care of him from the doors of heaven." Fabrizio from Italy.

I always enjoyed working with Jan, and also enjoyed getting to know his family.
I missed the memorial service because I was out of the country but I will always remember Jan as a friend and inspiration.

Jan was always kind and generous to everyone, our family included. We are thankful and appreciative to have known Jan, and we will keep every member of Jan's family in our prayers. God bless,

Trey, Michelle, Harry, Chappell, and Milly Harvin

I will never forget how kind and genuine Mr. Warner was. His dedication to the law inspires me and his compassion for his family showed the great man that he truly was. The time that my mother spent as one of Mr. Warner's associates at Warner, Payne, & Black I believe shaped her into the wonderful lawyer that she is today. He was a wonderful mentor to those around him and a one of a kind advocate for the disabled and elderly.

Mr. Warner will be truly missed. My mother and I have...
