I was so shocked to read about this! My heart goes out to the family. Janda was a special person and my best friend in elementary and junior high schools. I have so many fond memories of her and her family. One particular memory that stands out is when several little 12 year old girls went on the WALT Radio train to Jacksonville to see the Beatles in 1964. We thought we were so cool. Dolly drove us to and from the train station. Also, Sunday dinners with Dolly´s spaghetti - the best!! ...

Scott Dougherty fathered her two sons and was instrumental in her success in all theatre productions. He loved her and encouraged her to reach for the stars.

To My Dear Friend Janda, It´s hard to find the words, but my heart is full of love for you. From the moment we met back in junior high, I knew you were someone special. You weren´t just a friend-you became one of my very best friends. Through the seasons of life, you remained a beautiful friend and I am so grateful for every memory we made together. You had the kindest heart I´ve ever known. Your warmth, your laughter, and your unwavering support touched my life in ways I´ll carry forever....

Happy day when Janda, David and Ryan joined our family. The love she brought to us was a constant blessing.
