Larry, Calvin, and Emma, We send our love and prayers to you. Jane was Katie's wonderful teacher at Worthingway and such a special lady full of love for others. Griffin Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Griffin was my sixth grade choir teacher and I absolutely adored her. I did not have the best voice, but Mrs. Griffin always made me feel very special. She even gave me a solo one year and I cannot express how much confidence that gave me. Mrs. Griffin was a beautiful soul and I admired her greatly. I graduated from Kilbourne last year and I ran into her one day at Starbucks. Mr. Griffin and Family, There are no words that can be said to say good by to such to such a wonderful lady that put other first. I will aways remember her bring little Calvin into my choir practice. Every time I saw her a big smile brighten my day. I never will forget her sharing her 1993 Mother's day with our choirs in Canada. God bless you Calvin and Emma in this hard time in life that happen to soon.

My deepest sympathy to you all at Jane's passing. Calvin was in Christopher's class at Kilbourne and I was a teacher at the Merry Moppet on Hard Road before becoming the Director at the Powell Merry Moppet.

The love of Christ who lived in Jane's heart shown through her eyes and smile. I can only imagine the joy she felt as she sang with the angels on Christmas day. Not only will Jane's talents be missed in the Columbus area's music community, but also her genuine interest in her students' lives and their well-being. Amol Lane has lost a loving spirit. Mrs. Griffin was my choir teacher at Worthingway Middle School. I am so sad to hear of her passing. She is the one who developed my love of singing. My thoughts and prayers to her family.

Our son was in Jane's choir at Worthingway and convinced him to be in their musicals both years of middle school. Jane went out of her way to make him feel special, even gave him private music lessons during his lunch break. Our family expresses its condolences to Jane's family. She was a very wonderful teacher.

I am saddened to learn of Mrs. Griffin's passing. As my Choir and Worthingway Singers director in middle school, she made it fun for a jock like me to be in the choir. She will truly be missed. My prayers go out to her family.

Mrs. Griffin was my choir director at Worthingway Middle School and it was a lot of fun being in her class and performing with her. I think what made her stand out and what made her really special was how much she LOVED her job and being around us.

To Jane and her family,
I remember well when Jane was one of my handweaving students at Chautauqua Institution. As the instructor I enjoyed her company and cheerfulness. Maybe now she is in heaven she will conduct a choir of angels and weave some stoles for them to wear!
