Not sure what to say?

To Carl and the entire family. I'm very sorry for your loss and that I won't be able to attend the viewing. Jane was such a pleasant and genuinely nice person. She was obviously a wonderful mother too because it's just great how with so many kids, grand kids and so on that you have always remained so close over the years. That comes from having a caring mother to keep things together. Again, sorry for your loss, but the memories will live on forever.

Sending condolences to all the family! Jane was a sweet sweet lady I worked with.

To your whole family

My thoughts and prayer are with you all.
