Not sure what to say?

So sorry to learn of Janet´s passing. I will miss our chats on Belleek collections. Patricia Noyes President of New England Chapter of Belleek Collectors

Miss Corriveau was my favorite teacher! Even as I progressed in school I would walk to Green Acres to help her clean or do anything that needed to be done. We would run errands and I was so excited to ride in her green Mustang. Her home was surrounded with plants and flowers. My first plant was in her class in the third grade. When ever Karen Vining and I were going to Dicks we would stop at the school to see her. I last saw her when I was working at Sam's Club. She was her sweet, funny,...

My condolences to Janet´s family. She was an amazing person.I met Janet our freshman year of high school. We shared our Polish heritage. We ran into each other over the years and always reminisced. My three nieces and great nephew were all fortunate to have her for their third grade teacher. The last time we saw each other was a few years ago at my sister´s wake. Janet was a very special person and will be missed.

" Miss Corriveau" was "that" teacher that left the greatest impression on my life. I was her student at Varney School 1968-69 and kept in touch until somehow that connection was lost about 15 years ago. It was wonderful to read her obituary and know that she was truly the woman that I so admired. I too remember that car Chris !! Rest in peace Joyce (Van Uden) Coryea

I had Miss Corriveau for 3rd grade at Green Acres around 1980. She was the best teacher. I remember our productions on stage. She was very interested in the history of my ancestry being a descendant of Josiah Bartlett, NH signer of the Declaration of Independence. I ran into her 17 years ago at a store and she remembered me from so long ago. We chatted about what was in the newspaper about Josiah's estate at the time. I often would see her doing her civic duty at the polling location. I...

My thoughts and prayers to the entire Corriveau family. Janet will certainly be missed by all of you as well as all her close friends. I feel so fortunate to have taught and become friends with such a unique and special person. We always shared so many teaching stories that continued throughout our retirement years. I will miss our letters, cards and long talks sitting out in her beautiful yard! She was a true inspiration to all her colleagues at Green Acres School!

We feel fortunate that Michael and Shannon had Janet for a teacher. She was a great teacher and a wonderful person. Our deepest sympathies to her family and friends. May she rest in eternal peace. Michael J. O´Neil, Grace L. Sullivan, Michael S. O´Neil and Shannon S. O´Neil

Ms. Corriveau was the greatest teacher to ever grace our education system. I still remember her class 22 years later, from the "visit from st Nicholas" play, chimney prop and all, to hatching the ducklings or making our own whipped cream from scratch. With her it was always a hands on fascinating lesson that captivated the minds of her students and sparked eagerness to learn. She´s the reason I began playing musical instruments throughout my life when she convinced me to play the cello. She...
