Not sure what to say?

I knew Janet in high school as a member of the class of 1969. Janet was part of the West Putnam gang and was one of the first of that group to reach out to me. She was always friendly and kind. We lost touch after high school. We reconnected virtually on Facebook. I was not surprised to see that Janet also was a teacher. I´m sure her students loved her. I enjoyed seeing pictures of her darling granddaughters. I can see from reading her obituary that family and friends were her priority. What...

I spent many summers in Porterville when I was young with my Uncle Les, Aunt Betty and Janet. Being the younger cousin Janet was very tolerant with me. I remember being able to tag along cruising Main St. with a bunch of girls on a Saturday afternoon. Some had curlers in their hair getting ready to go out that night. After she was married she would have me over to her apartment and then her home. We would always make raspberry turnovers and enjoy them together.

My Mother Mrs. Adam was Leslie's Kindergarten teacher. I helped her a lot of times in her class and just fell in love with Leslie and her Mom. RIP Janet. Praying for Leslie and Christopher..

Janet was always fun to be around in high school

My dear dear cousin! How I love you. Lots of memories while growing up. Like the time we disobeyed your dad on your little Honda and he tracked us down! Yikes Our road trip to Missouri when we were just a wee bit older! HA! You are missed. I´ve come to Porterville and you aren´t here. But I know you are with the many we have loved.

You will forever be remembered Aunt Janet. The visits we had the last few months will always be remembered and cherished. So glad my kids got to meet another one of my favorite aunts. Love always Allison
