Not sure what to say?

To Jan's family: I googled her name to find a phone number and found her obituary instead. How very sad for everyone who knew her. I worked with Jan at DHS for some time. I always remember her from the Jimmy Buffett concerts and what fun we had. May she rest in peace.

I know Jan from PEO and Kent State basketball games. She was a sweet lady and I always enjoyed talking to her. I will miss her dearly at this yeat's KSU basketball games. Rest in peace, Jan.

My deepest sympathy to Bob, Stacia, Kristin & family. I had the privilege of sharing an office with Jan for several years at the AAA. I got to know what a kind, caring, compassionate & thoughtful person she was. If you knew Jan, you knew her great sense of humor as well. She was nurturing to her younger Care Managers at the Agency, she actually made several seasonal neck ties for me! Sounds like Jan, right? You don't meet many people like her in a lifetime, it was an honor to know her. Heaven...

The words kind and caring describe Jan´s every day nature and her interaction with everyone she encountered. Her ready smile and good works will be greatly missed.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Our deepest Condolences to the loss of your Family! We will always cherish the wonderful memories of being your neighbors in Wexford PA. The heart-felt warmth, kindness and great sense of humor from Jan and Bob will always be remembered !! Our thoughts and prayers are with your family !!

I have always treasured the memories growing up as a neighbor to Jane and Bob and those feeling are stronger as an adult. Thanks for letting me be a part of your lives, you'll be a part of mine forever.

So sorry for your loss. My parents enjoyed having Jan and Bob as neighbors. Our thoughts are with you.

So sorry to learn of Jan's sudden passing. Having worked with her on a couple committees, she was thorough, a leader, an innovator, a fun and efficient person to work with and be around. So blessed to have known her. Many hugs and prayers to her family for peace and comfort in the days ahead.
