Not sure what to say?

Jeff and Mike.
I am so sorry to read of the passing of your mother. I only met her once but she was so nice to me and I will always remember that. May she rest in peace.
My deepest sympathies go out to your family in the time of sorrow.

Dear Rabbi Perlmeter,
I'm pretty sure you don't remember me, but you were the Rabbi for both my Mother and my Father's funerals. I don't think you realize how comforting you were to me, in what I consider to be, very unusual circumstances. I know you've helped so many at their sad times, & I just wanted to express my condolences. You are a very special person, and I'm very sorry for the loss of your Mother.
