I am saddened to hear about the passing of Mrs Pickney. My mom was her friend and we attended the same church. I have fond memories of the whole family. Mrs Pickney was a skilled craftsperson, welcoming, caring, involved in church . When I read about her attending the same Elementary schools as I did, I had many more special memories of growing up on Gregg Road, visiting the Pickney home, going to Woestina Church. Bill and the family, My sincere condolences and love to everyone. News of Janet's passing was a shock I'll never forget. She and Bill have been our best friends forever and I'll always remember them.
