Not sure what to say?

"I am very sorry to hear of Jan's passing! I truly enjoyed having my lunches at the Judd's Lunch Counter with Jan's smiling face and witty comments to me and everyone else at the lunch counter! Every one at the lunch counter knew who Jan was and she made friends of all of us. Jan even named my favorite breaded, deep fried hamburger "The Jackson Burger" and put it on as I walked into Judd's! By the time I got to my seat, she had it ready for me! Go Fly With The Angels, Jan...We Will Catch Up"

She was the best! Eating at the Judd´s lunch counter was entertaining and Jan was the "churn"that kept us coming back! Hilarious, yet sincere!

What a wonderful lady. She was a very special friend to our whole family. She brought joy to everyone who new her. Our Pat will be glad to see her in heaven

Jan was a true Jimmie at heart- to the point of giving basketball officials a hard time at every game! She was an absolute hoot with her quick wit and sense of humor. Jimtown has lost another great one. The Fawley family loved seeing her.

Jan was always an inspiration to know and to love, she spread joy every time you saw her. May God give you everlasting peace and comfort in the days ahead,

My sincere condolences to the family. Janice was a great high school friend. She was fun and fearless.

To the extended Bender/Cook Families, I was saddened to hear about Jan's passing. She was an amazing, lovely person who ALWAYS took time to listen and share in a caring and thoughtful way to anyone she met and connected with. She was a great model for others to follow to make the world a kinder and better place. Bill Firstenberger Jimtown Class of 1985
