Again, I remember this date each year as I was shocked by Jan's passing. Jan was an amazing presence in my life and I continue to hear her words often. I was honored to be her secretary at the Bank of Boston for many years. Today, I am 65 years old and I met Jan when I was in my twenties. Always have Jan in my heart. My boss for 10 years at Bank of Boston, but first my friend. An amazing mentor. I am still shocked and saddened for she was a wonderful person and we all loved in the Corporate Law Office. She was my friend.

I am so sorry to hear of Jan's death. I was just looking her up as I knew she was near me in Chatham and have not seen her for many years. I was her secretary at Bank of Boston and she was a dear mentor to me. The best boss I ever had!!! She was not just an amazing attorney, professional and intelligent, but my very dear friend. My name is Keith Withycombe. I did not know Jan very well but Jan was a close friend of my older brother, Edward Withycombe while both were students at Chelmsford HS and UMass Amherst. Coincidently, my brother Edward passed away on November 2. 2017, just a little over 3 weeks before Jan passed. I wish to express my deepest sympathies to all that knew and loved Jan

I met Jan right after she retired from Bank Boston, and we have worked together since then. My condolences to Kevin and her family.
