Don and Ward and Family,
We had the great joy of knowing a wonderful woman. Janice
was true to every relationship she ever entered. I am grateful to have been her friend. My thoughts are with you.

Char Fox, Mercer Island, WA

Dear Don, I was so sorry to hear of Jan's passing. I have fond memories of her as we worked together at North Mercer, and the years after. I remember when we visited you in Palm Springs; we had a lovely lunch and then you drove us around town and took us back to you condo which you had recently purchased. Janice was busy decorating it to her liking. When we left you sent us home with a big bag of oranges you picked in the yard.
I will see you at Janice's memorial.
Love,...

Don and Ward, Janice's pals on Mercer Island extend our deepest sympathies. We had such good times, many as far back as our days together at North Mercer and continuing to our book group meetings. She was a dear and fun friend and we will miss her. I know I will look to the left and expect to see her smiling face during the Summer Celebration Parade in July! fran call
