This evening (Christmas night) I am watching the movie, My Fair Lady and immediately thought of your mother, as I always connect her with the broadway production with Julie Andrews. Your mother was my 3rd grade teacher in Hartford at Sarah J. Rawson School, and she introduced our class to it. As teachers at Aiken Elementary School it was our privilege to have Jan volunteer in our classroom weekly for many years. She knot only was a super volunteer but a wonderful person. The children strengthened skills designed for her interactions with them. Memories of Jan do continue and will remain with both of us. Our thoughts to al of you. Joyce and Claudia
