I only came to know Jan in recent years as we studied the Lovell family tree. She was very helpful and kind in sharing with me what she knew of the family and I appreciated her kindness and helpfulness so much. When she told me she was unable to attend the family reunion in April this year, I knew her health was not good. She wanted to attend so badly and longed to get to know more of us. I'm saddened today to learn of her passing and of my loss of her friendship and wealth of knowledge. RIP my friend and may God comfort your family in your absence.
