Jason Ballington Obituary

Jason Watha Ballington III, of Lexington, South Carolina, passed away on October 10, 2025. Jason was an avid motorcycle rider who found freedom and peace on the open road. Known for his warm heart, generosity, and selfless spirit, he was beloved by everyone he came in contact with. Jason was preceded in death by his father J.W. Ballington Jr., his mother Rosalyn Ballington; and his stepsister Julie Costerisan. He is survived by his loving wife Linda Ballington; his stepmother Sandra Ballington; his brother Tony Ballington; and his sisters JoAnn Stellar (Larry White) and Jeannie (Alan) Chastain. He is also survived by his daughters, Crystal (Angelo) Tager and Monica (W.C.) Peeler, as well as his cherished grandchildren, Katelyn Summer, Gracie Tager, Emily Tager, Hunter Tager, Alyssa Herman, Haley Peeler, and Taylor Peeler, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends that will forever cherish his memory. Jason will be remembered for his deep love of family, his adventurous spirit, and the joy he brought to everyone who knew him. He was one of a kind, and the world will not be the same without him.
