I haven't seen Jason in several years but when someone passes that at one time was always there the time in between doesn't matter at all. I am deeply sorry to hear of his passing and give his family my condolences. He will be greatly missed.

I read this beutiful obituary and everything everyone had to say and the people that knew j byrd the best all say the same thing. He is my cousin by blood but in life he was more a best bud or my big brother. He had the biggest heart and couldnt leave anybody on the streets. Jason took me in numerous of times fed and clothed me. Nobody that knew him could wish this pain upon him or us.
Ill pray for you and his three beautiful babies I LOVE YALL

Glenna & Wally,
We wanted to send all our love, blessings and sympathy to you and the kids. Jason was taken from us all too soon and there is no way to describe how much we miss him. He was a great "uncle J-Byrd" to my daughter as if she were his own, and one of the greatest friends we will ever have. I wish I could tell everyone everything he has and meant to us, but I am sure by knowing him they already know what a great person he was. I know he is smiling down on all of us....

This Buds For You!!
Glenna and Family,
There is no way to descibe the pain and hurt we all go through when someone we know passes away, but when that person is a son, father or best friend it makes the pain so much worse. I can't speak for everyone he knew, but out of the ten years I knew Jason he was nothing short of being my best friend. He took me into his house when I had nowhere to live, gave me a ride if I nedded one and just was there when I needed him. Out of all those years I could write a...
