Not sure what to say?

I met Jason when he was our neighbor. Matt and I loved to hang out with Jason and Annette. My favorite memory is the night that Tyler was born. They brought their dog Jax over for us to watch and then we were able to celebrate Tyler! Tyler was the ring bearer in our wedding at just over one-year-old. I miss Jason's calm demeanor and the great times that we had as neighbors.

I was upset, shocked, and extremely saddened to read the news about the loss of Dr. J. I was Dr. Jay's patient for one year. He helped me tremendously. It is with my sincere sympathy that I write these words to you. May he rest in peace.

So extremely sorry to hear, I just got the news today in the mail; that Dr. Jason has passed away! He always made me smile, we always joked around and I felt we were pals. I am still processing the news; but I just wanted to say again how sorry I am for your loss. He had such a sunny disposition and his smile was contagious. My deepest condolences.

Dr. Jay was my doctor for almost a year now, he was the nicest Dr. i have ever had. May he rest in peace.

What a sad loss to lose Dr. J. so young in life. Dr. J. always had a smile and kind word. He connected with so many of us, his patients, and his kindness was evident. I, for one, among many, will miss him everytime I step foot into my chiropractor's office. There is a "missed" presence. God Bless you Dr. Jay!

It's hard to believe it's been two weeks since Dr. J left this world. He may be gone, but he will never be forgotten! Every day I go to work wishing he was still there. I am so lucky that I got the chance to know him and learn as much as I did in the 6 months I have been at UCCM. I felt like I've known him my whole life. He was an excellent doctor, friend, and mentor. Dr. J is someone that has truly touched and shaped myself, my husband's and our 3 year old...

I just saw Dr Larry for my appt and was telling him how good it was to see Dr J 2 weeks ago..then he told me...I am shocked and very deeply saddened. Dr J was the man! He was the one who convinced me to start going to their practice. He was always smiling. He was caring and a pleasure to talk with. He was helping me in his own way to quit smoking, to have less stress and to become well. He gave me tips on how he became well thru all the things that he endured in life...he shared many stories...

I found out this morning when I went for my chiropractic visit of the passing of Dr. Jay. I was one of his many patients and was always greeted by a warm handshake and a smile. I will always remember his signature line, "I'm going to give you an excellent adjustment." He was genuine and will be missed. May you know no more sorrow.
