Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry to learn of Jay´s passing. I worked with Jay at the public library many years ago. He loved working in the children´s area looking at picture books and telling stories about what he read. He was a kind and caring soul. Peace to him and his family.

My sincerest condolences to Jay´s family. I worked in the library where Jay volunteered and fondly remember him. You could count on seeing Jay coming to work always wearing his Western hat, his boots and eating a jelly doughnut...sometimes there was more jelly on his shirt than on the donut! I believe I knew Jay from the VA hospital where I was a nurse. We used to play scrabble and dispute good-naturedly over rules and whether an entry was really a word. Often he was distracted, and talked to voices instead of to me, but was always willing. It was I who had trouble figuring up scores and one time he just looked at me and said "How did you ever pass algebra?" I still laugh at the memory. He was sweet and funny. I pray that he was able to fulfill his soul´s purpose. God bless him.
