Not sure what to say?

To Jay's family.....as a classmate to Jay, I will miss his unique wit and photographic memory of people and places. He had his challenges but always seemed positive...... (hope you received my card...) Jeff dwinell.

Jake, I am so sorry to hear of your brother's passing!! Sending lots of love and hugs your way... Nancy Zucker Geneczko

I loved working with Jay as Activities Director at CareOne. He challenged me, made me laugh, impressed me with his imitations of movie stars and singers. He never ceased to amaze me with his knowledge of trivial facts from years gone by. He called me Harriet or Irene but that was ok with me. Jay would make his way to my office and ask me to look up people from his past. Co-workers, movie stars. The last person he had me look up was Ernest Borgnine and we reminisced about McHale's Navy. Condolences to the family Prayers sent I remember his humor so well.

Sorry to hear about Jay. I remember when he first got a wood lathe and I believe I got one of his first creations of a rough 3" diameter or so cup. I still have it in my dresser and use it to hold various things from time to time. When visiting Jake one time I asked Jay what card game he was playing. If forget the game but remember the Jay humor. He said his conscience was beating him two games to one.

Jake, Matt, David - Peg and I are saddened to learn of Jay´s passing. You are in our prayers.

RIP Jay. We are sorry to hear of your passing and the loss of another of our classmates.

Hi Jake, I am sorry for loss. I delivered mail to Jay for numerous years and became "mail box" friends. He was very knowledgeable about so many subjects. He really loved his books. It's sad. My deepest sympathies.

Rest in peace, Jay.
