Jay his wife's son must have graduated from the Academy. Wish him well in his future endeavors.

When Jay came to Waterville you could tell he cared about his family and especially his children. He was proud of his wife's talent in making chocolates of which he delivered to all of us on Council.

I am sorry to hear of Jay's passing. I worked with him at the Ohio Dept. of Development. Deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Sending prayers to Jay's loved ones. God will never leave us or forsake us, and even now is holding Jay close. Jay was a pleasure to work with in Toledo as he excelled as a business advocate, and in leveraging resources for business retention/expansion. His leadership fostered cooperation and collaboration among business, community and educational partners.

To Jay's family, I know how much he loved all of you, especially his girls. I pray that he is at peace and will see all of you again someday. My sincere sympathy.

I knew Jay only from volunteer work I did at Open Door. He came to a lot of meetings. We had a lot in common and he helped me stay sober. I am out of the country or I would certainly pay my respects at the funeral home.
