Not sure what to say?

Linda, Jack and Ewan, and family and friends,
My prayers and thoughts are with you and will continue to be with you. Sending you love, grace, peace, and light. I am glad that we had a chance to connect over the past year. I so wish you had more time. So sorry...

I have fond memories of Jay as a fun loving kid, full of energy, with a real zest for life. It was nice to see him at the most recent class reunion, still sharing the warm friendly smile I remember from elementary and high school. Jay was a special person who will be missed by so many. My deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences go out to the entire family.

I will always remember Andrew! I will always remember his spirit. There was a time as a struggling actor and had no place to live Andrew allowed be to live at The New York Performance Works. He will be missed.

Jay will be forever remembered as a dear classmate, teammate and most importantly, a friend. He has made a lasting impression on us all and he will be remembered for his positive outlook on life and his sense of humor.

Remembering the good times...

"As I look up at the stars at night
And think of times shared
Memories come flooding back
They all show how much you cared
Your kind and gentle nature
Your smile so big and wide"

Jay McT you will be...

Many thoughts and prayers to the Mctiernan families. Jay was a great kid. I have fond memories of when my dad coached him in little league. As a young girl I secretly had a "crush" on him as did many of my friends. Wondered if he ever knew how much he was adored. He certainly had charm. I am sure that he will truly be missed. May God bless all of you in this most difficult time...

My prayers of sympathy & comfort go out to the entire McTiernan family. God has a new sweet angel!

I have been thinking about what to write all week through the tears. Although our paths did not cross after high school very much, when I thought of Jay over the years, it was always with very fond memories. We were neighbors when we were little and stayed friends throughout our young lives. I think about our long conversations when it was just the two of us either sitting on my front porch or sitting at the top of the path near his house on 1st Ave., many of which were about my boyfriend...

Jay's smile will be my forever memory of him. Although I will not be able to attend his service on Sunday, my thoughts will be with his family and friends.
