Jay was one of the greatest most sincere guys I ever knew. He always wanted what was best for others and looked out for his people. Sending all my love and prayers to Olivia and his parents.

Jay was not only a great chef, he was a great friend. He would do anything for anyone. I still can´t believe he´s gone. To Jay´s Parents, daughter Olivia , and family, I am so sorry. I send my love and prayers to everybody.
