Read MoreI have carried her writing lessons with me since Westlake High School. I am glad I went back and thanked her years after graduation. She was sharp and critical and I credit her for making me a strong writer. I was sad to learn of her death. Thank you, Ms. Dahlquist. RIP.

My heart goes out to the family of Jean. She was a beautiful kind loving patient giving woman and I wish I knew her longer. I will always remember how she let my dog up on her lap and on her bed to warm up. I am glad she was in my life if only a short time.
