Jean Krause Obituary
Jean C. Krause, 85 of Fort Myers, Florida, died Thursday, July 8, 2015. She was born on May 23, 1930, in Sheboygan, WI, to Frank and Gertrude Mirsberger Kuhn. She graduated in 1949 from Central High School, Sheboygan, WI. On May 3, 1952, she married Clayton W. Krause in Sheboygan, WI. She resided in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin for 48 years. She retired from First Wisconsin Bank in Fond du Lac, WI.
She moved to Venice, Florida, in 2000, where she met her companion, Robert Weeks. She moved to Fort Myers, FL in 2012. She was a member of the Ladies Guild at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, Fort Myers, FL.
Survivors include her twin sister, Mary Roszak of Sheboygan WI; daughter, Debora Miller and her husband, Mike, of Fort Myers; two sons, Mark Krause of Waukesha, WI; and Thomas Krause and his wife, Ann Krause of Brookfield, WI; four grandchildren, Michael Hornung, Estero, FL: Darren, Connor and Shannon Krause, Brookfield, WI. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, Clayton Krause in 1993, and her companion Robert Weeks in 2013.
She lived life to the fullest. She was so beautiful inside and out, she always had a great smile, a big heart and made friends wherever she went. She will be missed.
A celebration of her life will be a memorial service to be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015, at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, 686 Fond du Lac Avenue, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin at 11 a.m. Friends and family will be gathering at 10:30.

What a special lady Jean was! I worked with her for many years at the Bank. She always had a big smile for you and nothing but good things to say. Fun lady. Wish I had known she was right near me in Fort Myers. My sympathy to her family. May you treasure her memories.

I remember all the fun times at their home in FDL. Especially playing in the basement! Always enjoyed all the D.Q. goodies! We will miss you, Jean, your journey here on earth is complete!
