JEAN N. LANGELL

To the dear children of Jean Langell. Mrs. Langell was my 2nd grade teacher back in the 1970s. At that tender age school became a refuge for me. It was also the year that I started acting up in school. I don't ever remember your Mum sending me to the principal's office. Mrs. Langell loved me and cared for me in ways that I was not at home. She knew something wasn't right. She made me feel lovable. I am sorry that I didn't get to tell her myself. Mrs. Langell was a wonderful human being. So...

Jean was a very caring second grade teacher at the Linscott School in Woburn. The children loved her and she loved them. It was a pleasure to work with her as the Principal of the school. May warm memories of Jean help to heal the pain of loss her family is now experiencing. My thoughts are with all of you. Kathy McKillop retired Linscott Principal
