I last saw Jean at Chuck's in July-with her radiant smile & dressed to the nines, arriving fashionably late-as always. I'm so very saddened to learn of her passing & wish to extend my sincere sympathy to her daughter & especially her beautiful granddaughter. I saw Jean at Chuck's in July-her usual radiant self, dressed to the nines & arriving fashionably late. True to tradition, she danced to the final song of the nite. She was always friendly, kind, generous, glitzey & dancing-despite her aches n pains from hip surgeries. A great conversationalist who knew the old Des Moines. Always accomodating, exceptionally courteous and interesting to listen to. Lived life to it's fullest.
