Jeanne C. Sinkford DDS

I offer my condolences with deep sadness on the passing of Dr. Sinkford. She was an outstanding member of the Dean´s Advisory Board at Boston University School of Dental Medicine. I have been truly honored by her sharing her wisdom and counsel with me, especially in my early tenure as dean. I am so sorry to learn of the passing of Dr. Jeanne Sinkford. She is/was one of my favorite alumnae of the historic Washington DC Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School. She was a brilliant, grand and gracious lady as well as one the first to be designated a Legend & Pioneer by the Dunbar Alumni Federation. She was a faithful financial contributor to the Scholarship fund in her name and that of her family members. I loved her dearly She will be deeply missed.

Sincere Condolences !!!!! I was well aware of Dr. Sinkford's historical career as Dean of Howard University College of Dentistry. However, I did not meet her until 1995 after I became Dean at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and joined the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Council of Deans.
