Not sure what to say?

Jeffrey your smile was a light for all to see. You will always hold a special place in my heart and in the heart of all who knew you. I close my eyes and can see your fabulous smile

My heart goes out to the entire Hoag family at your time of loss.I am so sorry for the loss of a wonderful person. He will be truely missed by all.God must have needed an extra special angel...

Jeff was such a great teammate and friend growing up. He was one of the hardest working and most fun hockey players I ever had the pleasure of playing with. His athletic ability is only a shadow of his personality and his loyalty to his friends. My thoughts and prayers are with Jeff and the Hoag family.
