Jeff was a fine person and a good quarterback for our Lowell varsity team. I knew him at Aptos Jr. High originally and was a teammate on Lowell football for two years. I was a running back so Jeff handed the ball off to me many times. He worked hard on the field and we went 8-0 senior year, to win the first AAA Round Robin championship in 8 years. Unfortunately we lost in the first round of the playoffs to Balboa, a team we had beaten the week before, to miss Turkey Day. I saw Jeff at many of...
