Not sure what to say?

Jeffery will be missed as I really looked forward to his smiling face at O'Charleys. I was a weekly customer and it was always a pleasure to see him there. He always talked about his family with pride and love. It really makes me sad to know he will not be there anymore but he is with our Wonderful Lord now and we'll see him again someday. Warmly Paula M

Jeff was a remarkable young man. We became acquainted with him at O'Charleys in Knoxville. His kind, considerate, passionate way really attracted us to him. He will be remembered each time we visit O'Charleys.

Mr. and Mrs. Shockency and family I am so sorry to hear about Jeffery. Words can't even express how much we (the brown family) sympathtize with you all. It is always a tragedy to loose someone, but a child is far more than any parent should have to endure. I ask that you all be strong for one another, you all have a family bond that will hold true to anything, even this. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this your time of need.

I and my mother cannot put in words how much that jeff meant to us.
I have worked for Jeff for almost 5 years and he was there at my worst and my mothers worst.
I was there for all the troubles with the hep scare but as a family we got through it and now I'm lost without my friend my family my boss.
I just want to say that there is no one to take the place of this great man. He Will be sorely missed .
And if i could have i would have liked to meet all of the family because i felt...

Mary Jane Ted and family, May God
always keep you all in his care.
He will make you stronger each day.
With my deepest sympathy and love.

Please accept my deepest sympathies in your loss. I had known Jeff for about the last year or so. I met him by coming into his work each week for lunch. Jeff always made it a point to say hi to me, ask me about my family, talk about his plans and he never failed to shake my hand and made me feel like he really cared if I was there. I had never met anyone quite like Jeff in that he always had not just a smile, but a big smile everytime I saw him. I can honestly say that his visits were...

Ted, Mary Jane and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Please accept my deepest sympathies.
Love,
Darick Underwood and family
