Dear Buckley Family-
'Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, Love leaves a memory no one can steal'. From a headstone in Ireland.
Claire & I send our deepest condolences.

I worked with Jeff at Smith Barney in the late 80s early 90s. He was an extremely intelligent, thoughtful guy. Very sad to hear of his passing.

The thoughts and prayers of the Byrne family are with Jeff and the Buckley family

What an honor to have met Jeff and watch his delight in Angela and the peace he found serving at the monastery. How I loved listening to the peals of laughter that erupted from Jeff and Angela all day long- they were a perfect fit for one another, and both of them were people of tremendous integrity. I cannot imagine how Angela, his family and friends are coping with this great and sudden loss. Shalom to all!

This last summer I spent a few days climbing Mt Whitney in the Eastern Sierras with Jeff, Angela, and other friends. This was my first encounter with Jeff and could tell he was a great guy. My prayers go out to his family, friends and all he blessed with his presence.

Mary, David, and All Who Loved Jeff: my deepest condolences on the tragic loss of Jeff. I am on the big island of Hawaii and yesterday we planted two Hawaiian Koa trees in honor of Jeff and my wife (who passed 3 weeks ago). The two trees are side by side at 5000 feet on the slope of the Mauna Kea volcano. Very beautiful.

I am sorry that Jeff passed away and so suddenly. I remember him as a kind, gentle, intelligent classmate. I feel for his friends and family. He lived life well. He was called away too soon.

My condolences to the family. Jeff was a great man who taught me much about trading and life. He will be missed.

We grieve both with and for you, Angela and all of Jeff's family. Coming to work at the convent, I can't believe I won't see him and get to chat. What a wonderful man, a tribute to his family and his upbringing. The Sisters here are quite distraught, all lamenting his tragic, unexpected passing and missing his joyous presence. We all feel that way. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with you in this terrible loss. Jeff is a truly wonderful, smart, and funny guy.
