Jeffrey Cullison Obituary
Jeffrey Earl Cullison
51, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, July 21, 2011. Jeff was a loving father and member of the U.S. Army for 3 years and the Reserves for 10 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Cullison, and is survived by his mother, Thelma Cullison; sisters, Penny Leeson and Marcy Weidman; brother, Denny Cullison; children, Jacob, Jordan, and Jessie Cullison, and their mother, Patty Rich; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling will be held from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Little & Sons Funeral Home, Beech Grove Chapel . Additional calling will be held from Noon to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, 2011, followed by the funeral at 2:00 p.m. at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield, IN.

Jeff , tonight we will be bringing in the New Year of 2017 . Your children are grown now . Jacob is 22 , Jordan is 21, Jessie is 18 .and your first grand baby is 4 months . Someday they will share their many memories of you with their children . Like tonight , on New Years eve , it was a big deal to go out on the porch on New Years Eve & bang pie pans !

There is something about brothers. They draw mustaches on your favorite dolls and they tease you and act like they don't like you but you know in your heart they love you like no one else. They share your deepest sorrows and your greatest joys and quietly they love you thru your life even when they are gone. I remember when you used to play those old gospel record on our record player with the old blues singers and old gospel singers and I know I will be with you again someday listening to some heavenly jams. I miss seeing you but you are not gone you are always living in us all. I'll see ya over there my mischievious big brother.

Son, It has been 2 years now, and we miss you so much. After our Roach family reunion, on the 21st of July, all of the family went to the Walnut Grove, Indiana cemetery, and sent balloons with notes notes for you up to heaven....Jacob was the President of the reunion this year. You would be sooo proud of your 3 children. Jacob starts his 2nd year of college, Jordan is a senior, and Jessie a freshman.

As Memorial day is here 2012, Jeff I think of all the times we attended Walnut Grove cemetary Memorial Day events. You took your children when they were old enough and watched as they shot over the graves. Well dad I wish i could see you. I love and miss you so much it is so hard to stay strong but I do because I know that is what you would want. Dad our Pacers are 3-0 they are good again. I still remember me and you sitting by the t.v every night a game was on and watching it from start to finish. Dad I'm starting to cry so I'll try to wrap it up but I want you to know I love you so so much and i cannot wait till I see you again someday.
