Dr. Elliot was one of my favorite professors at NCCU. As I'm sure many political science majors can say. I just remember Model UN with Professor Elliot in Fayetteville, NC as well as receiving the "You received a A in Dr. J" cap given to all students that made an A in one of Elliot's courses. The list goes on.....I just appreciate his spirit and the laughter that he brought to the classroom as well as personally. Will never forget you Dr. Elliot and you was loved and will be missed.....
