Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear of the loss of jeff. thinking back as to how we first met, in 1988 we both joined the bond club and roomed together. thus we were known as "roomies "ever after, as "in hi roomie!". put on the best bond club new members skit ever: "saturday night live." then in 1993 both became active at the bohemian club. he was a collector of friends where ever he went.he will be missed. dan

My condolences to the entire Filter family. Jeff was indeed a well met, hail and hearty fellow. He was always up for fun, lived life, and I never knew him to miss a special moment, especially in the Redwoods. God bless you all. RIP Jeff.

Jeff I will miss all the stories and events we had over the forty plus years. You fought the battle with courage and dignity.

To the entire Filter family.
My deepest sympathies to all of you. Jeff was like a brother to me while growing up at Congress Lake. Later in life we were able to do a number of things together and he always made it extremely special. He will always be in my thoughts. A true American patriot.
Tom Howard ("Uncle Terrible" as Jeff say)

I will missJeff's bi-annual visits and breakfast meetings in Park City. His untimely passing is a loss to so many.

Our family was blessed to have Jeff in our lives. He forever changed our course of which I am eternally grateful. God bless him! Our thoughts and prayers remain with the family.

Jeff just seemed to bring happiness and love to every event that I have ever attended with him. I have never laughed and enjoyed afternoons with him as well as Tags, Griffy and Nellie on SF Bond Blub outings. He was certainly one in a billion. He was a great fellow Trojan and a tremendous friend. God bless.

I had Jeff for over 20 years. We competed against each other for a number of years. He was always very professional, smart and had a wicked sense of humor. Jeff was always honest and forthright in all of our dealings. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word. Although I never had the privilege of knowing his family rest assured that your Dad and husband was one of the best. He will be missed.

Deepest condolences to Vicki, Nancy, Susan and all of Jeffrey's family & friends.
