Dr Haupt, We were shocked and saddened to hear about Jeff. He always had such a cheerful way about him and really put you at ease. He made you feel that you were his only client. I am very sorry to hear of your loss. To say I was shocked would be an under statement. I have known Jeff for over 25 years. He was a good friend and I will truly miss him and his smile. When my wife (Sarah) passed away Jeff and I talked for a long time. He gave me comfort and the strength to carry on. He will be in my prayers. He is gone but never forgotten.

Dear Haupt Family,
I am deeply saddened by Jeff's passing. He never knew a stranger. He was a deeply spiritual man, and I know he is in heaven now. One time he said to me, "don't trust me, trust God."
I have great memories of Jeff, coming into court and saying hello with a big smile to everyone from the custodian to the clerk. He was a kind man with great wisdom. He will be dearly missed.
