Jeffrey Merriam

I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know Jeff when he worked for us at IP3. He was a brilliant and hilarious individual that contributed to the development of our firm and was always willing to help others. He was passionate about so many things and loved his wife and daughters very much. Once I had to go to court at short notice (to finalize my divorce) and Jeff volunteered to show up as my witness at the last minute pretending to be my lawyer. He was fun to be around and will be missed.

Writing this from Juba in South Sudan. We will not soon forget Spiro and The Chairman, those two greatest childhood friends -- Jeff and Ray O'Hara who passed away ten years ago. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers are with the entire Merriam family.

I'm so sorry to hear this sad news. I remember some wonderful, fun times with Jeff and the Merriam and Dillon families when we were children in Turkey many years ago! Please know that my thoughts are with you.
