Jeff was such a great friend to me at the CP PROJECT the last couple of years. I invited him down to the Main Street Connect Hanukkah Party, which my roommate and I attended back in 2023. I always opened the gates for him at the Wheaton Park Stables when he needed it. We sometimes worked together mucking the horse stool. We have many fond memories of Jeffrey when he and his family attended Clarksburg United Methodist Church. He was such a delightful, happy young boy in those days. Clearly he grew into a wonderful young man who will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Miller family.
