Jeffrey was born on January 27, 1989 in Washington DC-the youngest son of William Gregory Miller and Katherine Ann Miller (King). He was the beloved brother of Kathleen Michelle Williams and Stephen Andrew Miller (wife, Katie Marie); cherished uncle of Jamie Paul and Jace Raymond Williams and Lillian Ellen Miller; loving grandson of Esther Lucille and the late Earl Raymond King, and the late Margie Sanford and John Paul Miller. Also survived by his aunts and uncles, Susan Elizabeth Wandishin (husband, John), Sandra Jean Dardis (husband, Chris), John Paul Miller, Jr, and Margaret Jeane Briggs (husband, Paul), and numerous cousins and a tremendous group of friends.
Family will receive friends at PUMPHREY'S COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Montgomery Ave, Rockville, MD on Sunday, September 14 from 4 to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Rockville United Methodist Church, 112 W. Montgomery Ave., Rockville, MD 20850 on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 10 a.m. Interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Frederick, MD.
Flowers are welcome. Memorial contributions in Jeff's name may also be made to Cura Personalis Project, Inc. (www.thecpproject.com) or to Main Street Connect (www.mainstreetconnect.org).

Jeff was such a great friend to me at the CP PROJECT the last couple of years.
I invited him down to the Main Street Connect Hanukkah Party, which my roommate and I attended back in 2023.
I always opened the gates for him at the Wheaton Park Stables when he needed it.
We sometimes worked together mucking the horse stool.
I even burned Jeffrey a DVD of DIsney's JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH in 2024!
I miss Jeffrey every day!!
He truly lived a good life and seeing his smile on his punim was a blessing every day!!
My condolences go out to his family and loved ones.

We have many fond memories of Jeffrey when he and his family attended Clarksburg United Methodist Church. He was such a delightful, happy young boy in those days. Clearly he grew into a wonderful young man who will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Miller family.
