My Heart has a missing spot for you. your always in my memory, May you rest in peace. God bless my friend !

I remember Jeffery so well. I too was a member of the 1963 Rippowam graduating class and remember attending the basketball games just to watch Jeffery play. Had a mad crush on him which was my little secret of course. Not surprised he accomplished so much in his life. He was full of life and had that magic spark to make things happen. So sorry to hear of his passing.

Coach O'Connell was an inspiration to me as a young player. His belief in me and guidance helped sustain me as as I began to make my way in the world. I am better for having played for him. His guidance and leadership helped prepare me for the world. I am forever grateful. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Dear O´Connell Family Jeff was a good family man and a fine educator. All our sympathy Mark and Lisa Frederick

I often think about those days with very fond memories of Jeff playing sandlot baseball, basketball and football and watching...

My deepest condolences to the entire O'Connell family as well as Daria. I knew Jeff for over forty years and you couldn't walk away after a conversation without feeling energized by his positive energy, words of wisdom and outlook on life. RIP my old friend.

General Jeff. I remember when he was a camp counselor at the Italian Center the summers of 75 to 77. He was tough lol but beloved for sure but a Stamford treasure. Rest in Peace and my condolences to his family.
