Jeremy Wayne Norbert Cook, age 35, of Piqua passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025.
Jeremy was born on October 29, 1989 in Coldwater, Ohio, the son of Tim and Robin Cook. Jeremy was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and swimming. He was known to be stir-crazy and was always on the go. Jeremy loved spending time with his three girls. He served in the United States Army for several years and left with an honorable discharge; Jeremy was also a member of the American Legion Piqua Post 184 for many years.
Jeremy is preceded in death by his mother Melissa Mae Cook, and his grandfather Thomas Fortkamp. He is also preceded in death by his grandma and grandpa, Patty and Stan Richards.
Jeremy is survived by his three daughters, Sophia, Scarlett, and Stella Cook. He is survived by his father, Tim Cook, and his stepmother, Robin Cook. Jeremy is also survived by his sister and brothers, Kara (Brandon) Idle, Josh (Jamie) Cook, Ryan (Janna) Allen. Jeremy also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Funeral service will be held on Friday September 5, 2025 at 11:00AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Tony Price officiating. A Burial will follow the service at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM until 11:00AM on Friday at the funeral home.
