I provided Jeremy care in the home and I am so incredibly sorry to hear of his passing. He was always extremely kind to me, even if he was in pain or having a hard day. One of the sweetest guys you'd ever meet. My prayers go out to the family, especially to Cole. I'll miss you Jeremy. Glad you are at peace now!
