Not sure what to say?

Darling Duffs,
I was so sad not to be with you for the celebration of Jerry's life. Chris, I rang Bill's bells all afternoon for you. My cousin Tom said it was a service worthy of the man.

My first memory of Jerry was when Chris offered her Dad's help to keep me from being apprehended for some college prank. Next, Jerry and Frank hustling our apartment furniture up and down stairs while Doug Kline sat on the couch! How many dinners has Jerry treated me to when we hit Phoenix...

Sending my Warm-Loving Wishes and continued prayers to you all -- along with my Heartfelt sympathy . . .
Rest~In~Peace Grampie!

Dee, Chris, Susie and Jim,
I'm very sorry that you've lost Jerry.
He was a good man with a great mind.
He had a truly kind heart and always
displayed that keen wit and sense of humor. My life was enriched because my best friend had a great dad who also happened to be our eighth grade constitution teacher, Jerry Duff.
From the cafeteria of St. Dominic's, he taught us not only the law of the land, he taught us to think and he taught us to laugh. I learned about unions...

Dear Mrs. Duff, Chris, Susie and Jim,

So sorry to hear the news of Mr. Duff's passing...Though I haven't seen him for many years, I will always remember his warm smile and kindness. But, most of all, I will remember him as the great teacher of our U.S. Constitution classes at St. Dominic's. For most of us, he played an important role in the foundation of our basic understanding of government and law. How generous of him to give his time in this way.

My prayers are...

Susie, Jim, Chris and Dee,

I worked for Mr. Duff for several years at his law firm. He was a wonderful boss who treated me more like a granddaughter than an employee. He was such a caring and generous man. My deepest sympathy to you all.

Dear Chris except my deepest sympathy for the loss of your dad who always meant so much to you. Please give my love and strength to your mom also. Pits and Bill are keeping dad company and the three of them are watching over all of us. If we weaken there will be some major butt kicking when we get there. And I mean major. So lets keep the faith.
Love to you, your mom, sister and all your mom and dads family, friends and relatives.

Our deepest sympathy to Dee, Chris, Susie, Jim and family. Our friendship goes back many years. We always looked forward to our lunches and dinners where we solved the world's problems after a few cocktails. We are going to miss these wonderful times but thoughts of Jerry will always remain with us. We have many fond memories of this wonderful person and great friend. We are honored to pass on his usual parting words, Bless you Jerry Duff.
