Read MoreIn reflecting back on my business relationship with Jerry, I recall the many instances when he would introduce my as his advisor, when in reality I learned more from Jerry than all four years in college. He was a true friend and I frequently think about all the wonderful times Gwen and I had together with Dorothy and Jerry and how much he contributed to my personal and business life. What a GUY, I miss him.

I was hired as a service advisor back in 1981. The first day he came out to the service department and introduces himself. After about a 5 minute conversation, his last sentence was "always take care of the customer." In my opinion, that philosohpy was the cornerstone of his business.
He treated both his customers an employees with respect. He was kind, honest and a man of his word.
