Uncle Jerre and Auntie Joan were very special people. My siblings and I were blessed to have them in our lives. They were fun to be around, and they had the unique ability to face life with real joy, energy, and humor. Uncle Jerre had a kind and good heart. I will always think of him with his beloved dogs. I have many great memories of Gerry, Al and Mike up at the deer cabin. the one that stands out is the time Gerry shot two deer with one shot. Gerry and Al's name came up this year and I am sure we will continue to bring up these two great hunters and good friends
