Not sure what to say?

I'm a little late, but I'd like to send my condolences to Jerry and his family. I took singing lessons with Mr. Bragin, and he really boosted my self-confidence. I'm eternally grateful. He was wonderful to be with, and he had a terrific sense of humor. I could do things I never thought I could do by the time I finished taking lessons. The music world misses him dearly, I'm sure.

I took lessons from Jerry bragin for only one year in high school, but he helped me immensely and opened my ears to his "song stylings." What I mean by this is he would record on the piano let's say a Barry manilow song and change some of the phrasing to make it more interesting and unique. As I was playing the drums and singing in restaurants at the tender age of 14 back before musically untalented djs ruled the club date scene I found his recordings and exercises turned me into a better...

Mr. Bragin was my vocal coach and he was great. I still have the yellow flute he gave me for my diaphragmatic breathing. Thank you Jerry for teaching me how to improve my voice and for introducing me to the great songs from Billy Joel, Frank Sinatra, and Dean Martin. Rest in Paradise.

Mr Braggin was my sons vocal couch when he was young In sorry to hear of his passing my condolences to his family He was an inspiration

So many years. You coached me at your 57th Street studio. You taught me a lot about myself and my voice. Thank you. Rest in peace.

I just learned of Mr. Bragin's passing. He was my voice coach many years ago. I will always remember him for his kindness and his sense of humor. My condolences to the Brgin family.

Sorry other you are not with us. You will be missed. You tried to improve my singing you did your best.thank you, Stephanie

My deepest condolences and sympathies to his family. I was a student, for a short time (2012-3) at the West 57th Street location, and couldn´t continue, in Hempstead, due to a new job, hours, and travel. However, I always kept our bi-weekly Saturday sessions in my calendar and decided to Google his name and came across this page. I´m saddened, but, may he Rest In Peace...

For some reason today I thought about Jerry as I was driving and singing in the car. Forty years ago he gave me a confidence I never had, as a young woman just out of the convent and newly married, to use my voice for the sheer joy of it! I have always been grateful to him. I am sad to read of his passing a few years ago, and the loss to all who love him. I am thankful my path crossed with his as it changed my life for the better. Peace to his family.
