Not sure what to say?

Just received an email from Billy about Bo-Peep's passing.

Quite a shock to me. First met her during my freshman year (1959) at Soldan-Blewett. Both of us lived outside the district and thus rode the Hodiamont streetcar.

It is because of her that I pledged Zeta.

So many have gone - Beverly, Yvonne, Nellie.

My mother joined the ancestors April 14th last year and am in the midst of planning a joint memorial service for both parents since Daddy...

God has an amazing way of rewarding his children. He welcomes then home with loving arms.

I am writing on behalf of the ladies of Eta Zeta Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., to express our sympathy to the family of Soror Jerry Perry. Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with you.

Jerry was a very caring and giving person and truley cared for others. May the Lord provide comfort to the family through the love of friends and family members. We trust in the Lord that we may see her once again some day.

But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him....

I only knew Jerry for a brief period of time; but it was a pleasure being in her company. May God bless and comfort her family and friends.

May the Lord comfort the family through this time of bereavement. This is a time to reflect on the fond memories left behind by Ms. Perry. You will be missed by all, God has plucked a rose from his garden. Love, Peace and Blessings

My deepest sympathy to the family of Jerry Perry. "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal." Shelore Fisher (UCAP)

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

May God Bless Jerry Eileen Perry's family and her many, many friends in this time of sorrow and grief. An earthly friend has passed on to become our heavenly, watchful Angel. My family and I will miss your smile and neighborly chats.
